    Arrival in Spain

    You will arrive in Madrid, the capital city of Spain at noon by air. Madrid is the first largest city of Spain. It is called “Gate of Europe” because of its important strategic position in history. Madrid is a city suitable for walking and wandering and there are full of arts and culture treasures all along the road. Upon arrival, you will go to visit the Spanish Square and have a view of the bronze statues of Don Quixote and Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra. Then you will visit the Royal Opera House, the Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gate of Europe on foot and take photos.

    Madrid - Toledo

    In the morning, you will continue your tour in Madrid to visit the Palacio Real de Madrid. Palacio Real de Madrid is the third largest royal palace in Europe, second only to Chateau de Versailles and the Royal Palace of Vienna. It has been built in 1738, and was completed after 26 years’ hard work. It is one of the best-preserved and most delicate palaces in the world and ranks at the top on the list of palaces in European countries. Now, it is opened as a museum for tourists to visit. After that you will take a bus and go to visit Toledo---the millennium ancient capital which has “dizzy gravitation” as it was said by Cervantes. The whole city, from the prosperous old Roman streets, Jewish churches, city gates of the Arabic to the gothic churches of the Catholics, as well as the Alcazar Castle which underwent the Spanish Civil War and Plaza de Zocodover and Puente de Alcantara, witnessed the history of Spain. This is the charm of the world culture heritage of Toledo.

    Toledo - Cordoba - Sevilla

    Today, you will go to visit the former Muslim capital Cordoba, which was called “Three Pearls of Andalucia” together with Granada and Sevilla. First, you are going to visit the mosque featured with Islamic and Renaissance styles, where the navigator Columbia hid in. Then you will walk to visit the oldest, the most original and distinctive former Jewish residential areas.

    Sevilla - Ronda - Mijas - Granada

    The morning tour will take you to Ronda, the old Roman city on the edge and the birthplace of bullfight in Spain. You will visit the Puente Nuevo which connects the old city and the new city. There lies a valley underneath with a depth of 100 meters. You will visit the ancient Ronda bullfight ring from the outside. It is the birthplace of modern bullfight and this current bullfight ring in use is considered as a sacred place for the whole Spanish bullfights. In the afternoon, you will go to Mijas, a small white town lies in the half-way of the mountain where you can overlook the Mediterranean Sea. You will get excited when you see white buildings on one side and the Mediterranean Sea sparkling with golden sunshine on the other side. Blue sky, white wall and brown hills contribute to the specialties of Mijas, the famous tourism town with Arabic characteristics. After that, you will take a bus to Granada, the meeting place of Islamic and Christian culture.

    Granada - Alicante

    You will head to visit the world-famous Alhambra Palace. Alhambra Palace was built on the dangerous hill with a height of 730 meters. It is the only great heritage of Moorish culture, and was identified with world culture heritage in 1986. Its delicate and fine fairness, fresh and refined style as well as its striking beauty make people to praise it not only in words but also on the face. It is the greatest work among the old Islamic buildings. After that you will go to the seaside city Alicante which lies in the southeast of Spain by bus.

    Alicante - Valencia

    You will stroll around the center city of Coast Blanca---the holiday resort Alicante in the morning. Then you will take a bus to the thirst largest city of Spain, Valencia. It faces the sea on the east and backs on to the wide plain, with green trees and fine weather all the year round. It is a pearl in the west Mediterranean Sea and called as "Rice Store of Spain". Upon arrival, you are going to visit the municipal hall, Monastery of Saint John of the Kings and Valencia bullfight rings, to learn something about Roman and Moorish histories. At last you will visit City of Arts and Sciences, the modern landmark full of popular features.

    Valencia - Barcelona

    After breakfast, you will go to the second largest city in Spain, Barcelona, where the modern art giant Picasso and Salvador Dali were born. It is the metropolitan city with the most European features in the Iberian Peninsula and it is called "Pearl of Iberian Peninsula". You will also visit Basilica and Expiatory Church of the Holy Family, the work by the famous Spanish modernist architect master Antonio Gaudi Cornet. It is one of the buildings featured with the most magical charms in the world as well as the most magnificent and most famous place of interest in Barcelona.

    Barcelona - Departure from Spain

    After breakfast, you are going to visit the Olympic Village in the seaside, Catalunya Square. Catalunya Square lies in the center of the whole city of Barcelona and links the old city and the expanded area. You can walk along the bustling Rambla Street with flood of people and cars. This long and winding pedestrian street lies across the whole old city and connects the Catalunya Square in the city center with the sea. Rambla Street is the street with the most Barcelonan or even international characteristics. There are always all kinds of activities and entertainments available here from dawn to dusk. After that, you will take a bus to the airport and leave Spanish by air. Hope you will have a pleasant journey home.
