    Nagarkot - Kathmandu

The beauty of sunrise is one of the greatest feats of nature in Nagarkot. If the weather is good, you can get up early to watch the charming sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast, we will drive for around 30 minutes to arrive at Bhaktapur, which is known as the cultural capital of Nepal. Here we will visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the Dattatreya Temple. As the oldest among the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur has something really different from the other two. Walking down the little alleys and looking at the intricate woodworks, you will easily feel the deep cultural atmosphere. On our way back to the hotel in Kathmandu, we will visit Thimi for the Pashupatinath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Today we will first drive southward for about 22 kilometers to visit the Dakshankali Temple, which is a Hindu shrine featuring its sacrificial rituals. Our next destination is the Kirtipur Village, one of the oldest settlements in the valley. Although not very far from the Kathmandu city, the village is still less explored with original ecological religion, culture and tradition being preserved. Before driving back to Kathmandu, we visit the Chobhar Gorge. We conclude Nepal 5 days itinerary after enjoying a Nepalese Dinner with culture dance show.
