Tour Code: WT-Istanbul 01     11 Days Tour in Turkey to Istanbul, Ankara, Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale, Aphrodisias, Kusadasi, Pergamum, Troy and Canakkale

Departure: Daily


 Day 01 - Entry Istanbul
Upon your arrival at the airport, the local guide will pick you up and transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day is on your own to explore Istanbul.


 Day 02 - Istanbul
Visit the Blue Mosque, the ancient Byzantine Hippodrome and cistern, the Hagia Sophia Church, the Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Stay overnight at the hotel in Istanbul.


 Day 03 - Istanbul/ Ankara/ Cappadocia
Today take a morning flight to Ankara. Upon arrival, visit the Anatolian Civilization Museum and  the Mausoleum of Ataturk. After lunch, transfer to Cappadocia. Stay overnight at hotel in Cappadocia.


 Day 04 - Cappadocia
This morning, visit the Uchisar valley and the Underground City of Kaymakli. After lunch, go ahead to the Goreme, see some  exhibitation in the Open Air Museum, appreciate Byzantine frescoes in the Rock churches and end the day with a tour in the Pasabag Valley and the Avanos Village noted for its pottery and handicrafts. Have an overnight stay there.  


 Day 05 - Cappadocia/ Konya/ Pamukkale
Go to Konya to visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, founder of Whirling Dervish sect in the 13th century. You will reach the Pamukkale in the evening and  have an overnight stay at hotel to refresh yourselves the rest of the day.


 Day 06 - Pamukkale/ Aphrodisias/ Kusadasi
Transfer to Hierapolis and visit the historical sites of Roman and early  Christian. Continue to Aphrodisias and the excursion start from  Aphrodite and end in a well preserved stadium and theater. Head to  Kusadasi and have an overnight stay at the hotel.


 Day 07 - Kusadasi/ Ephesus/ Kusadasi
A vibrant excursion in Kusadasi awaits you today. Visit the Ephesus Ruins involving the Library and the theater stop, appreciate exhibit listings in the Ephesus Museum and end with a tour in the Shrine of Virgin Mary. After lunch, return to Kusadasi and fulfil the rest of the day on your own. Have another overnight stay in Kusadasi.


 Day 08 - Kusadasi/ Pergamum/ Troy/ Canakkale
Transfer to Pergamum in the morning. Visit the Pergamum Antique City, the Asclepium Sanctuary and the Acropolis with great views. Visit Troy on the way, sites of Trojan War. Reach the Canakkale finally and have  overnight at the hotel there.


 Day 09 - Canakkale/ Istanbul
Transfer for Istanbul, cross Dardanelles by a ferry. Visit Gallipoli battlefields and reappear the cruel war scene.  After reach Istanbul and refresh yourselves with an overnight stay.


 Day 10 - Istanbul
The full day is free for you. It is advised to take part in Bosphorus cruise tour and see the great scenery of the city. Have another overnight stay.


 Day 11 - Istanbul
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
