Day 01 - Entry Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Relax during the remainder of the afternoon and evening to recover from the jet lag.

Day 02 - Beijing
Your first day of touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you will visit the amazing Temple of Heaven. (B, L)


Day 03 - Beijing
It is a once in a life time experience to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China. To celebrate this historic visit, your lunch is specially arranged at a local popular Sichuan restaurant. Later you will visit the Ming Tomb. Entrance to this sacred burial ground is via the Sacred Way. (B, L)


Day 04 - Beijing
The whole day activities will be arranged fully on your own. (B)

Day 05 - Beijing/ Xian
Morning is free. Lunch is on your side. Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple in the afternoon. After that, board the overnight soft sleeper train to Xian. (B, D)

Day 06 - Xian
Arrival in Xian in the morning and be met at the railway station. After having breakfast at the hotel, focus your today's highlight visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum. (B, L)

Day 07 - Xian
The whole day activities will be arranged fully on your own. You are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have an exploration to the Muslim Bazaar nearby on your own. (B)


Day 08 - Xian/ Lhasa
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lhasa on your own. You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. Upon arrival in Lhasa, you will be met and transferred to the downtown to check in at the hotel. For the first day in Lhasa, you are suggested to do as little as possible to give your bodies' time to adjust to the thin air. (B)

Day 09 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of the world famous Potala Palace. After that, you will visit Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingka and the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery. Surely, the day will not be complete without an approach to a Tibetan Family. You may enjoy tea and have a talk with the local Tibetans in their home. (B, L)


Day 10 - Lhasa
This morning you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. After lunch, you will go to the Tibet Museum. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. (B, L)


Day 11 - Lhasa/ Chongqing
Take a flight to Chongqing and be met at the airport. You will be taken to the Chongqing Zoo to see the pandas. Transfer you to the pier to board on your cruise ship. Your memorable Yangtze River cruise begins at 22:00. (B, L)

Day 12 - Fengdu
At about 08:30, disembark for an excursion to the Ghost City of Fengdu. The Captain's Welcome Party will be held this evening. (B, L, D)

Day 13 - Badong (Shennong Stream)/ Xiling Gorge/ Sandouping
Visit Badong and take a small junk to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature in the Shennong Stream. Continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. (B, L, D)


Day 14 - Yichang/ Shanghai
Disembark for an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam. After lunch, pack your luggage and complete check-out procedures. The ship arrives in Yichang at about 13:00. Visit the Yichang Museum if time is available. Take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please transfer to the hotel we booked for you on your own. (B+L)

Day 15 - Shanghai
The whole day activities will be arranged fully on your own. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. (B)

Day 17 - Exit Shanghai
Please arrange the hotel-airport transfer by yourself according to your home-forward flight schedule. (B)
