Day 01 - Entry Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Relax during the remainder of the afternoon and evening to recover from the jet lag.

Day 02 - Beijing
Your first day of touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you will visit the amazing Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a renowned restaurant, followed by a fascinating Peking Opera performance. (B, L, D)
 
 
Day 03 - Beijing
It is a once in a life time experience to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China. To celebrate this historic visit, your lunch is specially arranged at a local popular Sichuan cuisine restaurant. Later you will visit Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs. After that you will be transferred back to the city to marvel at the treasures of the Summer Palace. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. (B, L, D)

Note: A la carte dinner is served for Luxury series while Standard series will have the dinner on your own.

Day 04 - Beijing/ Lhasa
After breakfast at hotel, you will take a flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the downtown to check in at the hotel. For the first day in Lhasa, you are suggested to do as little as possible to give your bodies' time to adjust to the thin air. For dinner of this evening, you will enjoy the a la carte dishes at a finest Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B, D)


Day 05 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of the world famous Potala Palace. After that, you will visit Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingka and the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery. Surely, the day will not be complete without an approach to a Tibetan Family. You may enjoy tea and have a talk with the local Tibetans in their home. The dinner is served at the hotel. (B, L, D)


Day 06 - Lhasa
This morning you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. After lunch, you will go to the Tibet Museum. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. The dinner is served at the hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 07 - Lhasa/ Xian
Take a flight to Xian, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. After lunch is served at a local famous restaurant, a visit to the well-preserved Ancient City Wall is scheduled for you. This evening, you will be feasted with a sumptuous buffet dinner served at your hotel (B, L, D)

Note: Buffet dinner is served for Luxury series while Standard series will have the dinner on your own.
 

Day 08 - Xian
Today's highlight is a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight you will enjoy the wonderful Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. (B, L, D)


Day 09 - Xian
This morning's tour features the Provincial History Museum. The a la carte lunch is served at a local famous restaurant. Visit the Great Mosque and a local family. (B, L)
 

Day 10 - Xian/ Guilin
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. After the dinner is served, you will be entertained with an Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances Show at the Lijiang Theater. The fascinating performance boasts a nice beginning for your Guilin tour. Day 11 - Guilin/ Yangshuo
Depart your hotel in the morning and drive to the Zhujiang Dock, where you will board your ship and start cruising on the beautiful Li River. Lunch is served on board. (Here Warrior Tours suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today since the cruise lunch may not meet your expectation.) Disembark your ship upon arrival at Yangshuo at about 14:00. To make your trip much more entertaining, we specially arrange you a bicycle trip to the countryside in Yangshuo and a visit to a local villager's home. If you feel tired, the electric car is offered for your option. (B, L)

Day 12 - Yangshuo
Full day remains on your own leisure. You may rent a bicycle to explore further the countryside of Yangshuo. (B)


Day 13 - Yangshuo/ Guilin/ Chongqing
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred back to Guilin and enjoy a leisure visit to the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Late in the afternoon, take a flight to Chongqing and be met at the airport. Before get on board the deluxe German-made China Regal cruise ship, you will enjoy a buffet dinner at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze Hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 14 - Chongqing/ Fengdu
Depart from Chongqing at 08:00 am to explore the Three Gorges downstream. The Cruise first stop at the Ghost City of Fengdu this afternoon. (B, L, D)

 

 

Day 15 - Badong/ Xiling Gorge/ Sandouping
Today, you will see all three gorges: the Qutang Gorge, the Wu Gorge and the Xiling Gorge. with their distinctive features. Stop at Badong, a small town, and then journey to the Shennong Stream, where you will ride a 'pea boat' up the small gorges against the rapid. At about 17:00, the cruise will get in line to pass the five-level ship lock. (B, L, D)

Day 16 - Sandouping
This morning, conclude your Yangtze River adventure after a shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site. (B, L, D)
 

Day 17- Wuhan/ Shanghai
At 12:00 you will arrive in Wuhan. Check-out procedures will be announced and please follow the steps. Your guide will meet you on board and have a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum. After having lunch at a local famous restaurant, see off for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the hotel. (B, L)


Day 18- Shanghai
You must see and experience Shanghai to appreciate its cosmopolitan flavor. Visit the treasures' displays in the Shanghai Museum, the unique architectures of the beautiful Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. Tonight, you will be invited to a Farewell Dinner served at the famous Wang Bao He restaurant in Central Hotel. Following the dinner is an exciting Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B, L, D)

Note: Huangpu River cruise is arranged in the Luxury series while you will have a family visit in Standard series.


Day 19 - Exit Shanghai
Upon completion of you memorable China tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home today. (B)
