Day 01 - Entry Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Relax during the remainder of the afternoon and evening to recover from the jet lag.

Day 02 - Beijing
Your first day of touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you will visit the amazing Temple of Heaven.  (B, L)


Day 03 - Beijing
It is a once in a life time experience to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China. To celebrate this historic visit, your lunch is specially arranged at a local popular Sichuan restaurant. Later you will visit the Ming Tomb. Entrance to this sacred burial ground is via the Sacred Way. (B, L)


Day 04 - Beijing
Full day is free and you could explore the city on your own. The breakfast with accomadation is provided today. (B)

Day 05 - Beijing/ Urumqi

This morning you will marvel at the treasures of the Summer Palace. Take a flight to Urumqi and transfer to the hotel. (B, L)

Day 06 - Urumqi/ Turpan
Drive to Turpan and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Jiaohe Ruins, the Karez Well and the Sugong Pagoda. (B, L)

Day 07 - Turpan/ Dunhuang
Visit the Gaochang Ruins, the Baizikeli Thousand Buddha Cave and the Flaming Hill. Take the overnight soft sleeper train to Dunhuang. (B, L)

Day 08 - Dunhuang
Pick you up at Liuyuan railway station and transfer to the hotel in Dunhuang. You will experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake and visit the Mogao Grottoes. Breakfast is on your side. (L)

Day 09 - Dunhuang/ Xian
Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Provincial History Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. (B, L)

Day 10 - Xian
Today's highlight is a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a local famous restaurant. In the afternoon, you are suggested to visit the ancient City Wall and the Great Mosque on your own. (B, L)


Day 11 - Xian/ Lhasa
It is convenient to take the shuttle bus to the airport by yourselves. Board the flight for Lhasa on your own, of which the altitude is 3,600 meters above sea level. Be met and rransfer to the hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. Lunch is on your side. (B)

Day 12 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of the world famous Potala Palace. After that, you will visit Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingka and the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery. You may enjoy tea and have a talk with the local Tibetans in their home. (B, L)

Day 13 - Lhasa
This morning you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. After lunch, you will go to the Tibet Museum. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. (B, L)

 
Day 14 - Lhasa/ Gyangtse
Drive to Gyangtse and transfer to the hotel. Stop off at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake. Visit the Palkhor Monastery and the Gyangtse Old Street. (B, L)

Day 15 - Gyangtse/ Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen. (B, L)

Day 16 - Shigatse/ Lhasa
Drive back to Lhasa and transfer to the hotel. (B, L)

Day 17 - Lhasa/ Shanghai
Visit a Tibetan family. See you off by the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please transfer to the hotel we booked for you on your own. (B+L)

Day 18 - Shanghai
The whole activities will be arranged fully on your own. You are suggested to visit the the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund by yourselves. (B)


Day 19 - Shanghai
Full day remains on your own leisure.  Breakfast with accomadation is provided today.(B)


Day 20 - Exit Shanghai
Please arrange the hotel-airport transfer by yourseld according to your home-forward flight schedule. (B)
