 Day 01: Arrival in Poland
After arriving in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, you will check in the hotel to have a rest to recover from the jet log. Or you may take a tour by yourself nearby the hotel.

 Day 02: Warsaw - Gdansk
During this day, you are going to mainly travel Warsaw, the biggest city of Poland. Because this city was severely destructed in the Second World War, it got restoration on large scale after the war. Today’s Warsaw recreates its brilliance and the city’s buildings include many kinds of European architectural style, ranging from gothic to neoclassicism style. In addition, the old city is also in Warsaw, and the contrast between the old city and the new city is quite obvious. Today you will travel both the old and new cities, especially the old city of Warsaw, which is actually a rebuilt city. In 1980, UNESCO made an exception to put it in the List of World Heritage. When the visit of the Warsaw ends, you will head for Gdansk.

 Day 03: Gdansk
Gdansk is the largest city and also the most important seaport in the north coast of Poland. Today you are going to spend most of time shuttling back and forth to know its past and present. Later on, you will go to visit Malbork that was built by Teutonic Knights in the 13th century. Here, you will look around gothic Marienburg Castle, which is the largest brick-structured building in Europe. During the rule of imperial German, it was the first national monument and then entitled as world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 1997.

 Day 04: Gdansk - Torun - Poznan
Today’s tour will start with the visit of Torun, a medieval city located along the coast of Vistula River. Torun, one of the most ancient and most attractive cities in Poland, is the birthplace of Nicolas Copernicus, who was the Polish famous astronomer as well as the founder of modern astronomy and heliocentrism during Renaissance period. You will visit numerous gothic churches and houses, as well as know everything about Copernicus. However, the last place that you should not miss is Teutonic Knights’castle, which was built in 13th century. Then you will head to Poznan, one of the oldest city and tour around the main attractions of this city in the afternoon.

 Day 05: Poznan - Jasna Gora - Krakow
Firstly, you will go to Jasna Gora near the Czestochowa and visit the famous monastery of Jasna Gora. This monastery is Poland’s most famous Notre Dame, also the country’s most important pilgrim place as well as the spirit capital of many poles. The monastery has been the pilgrim place for hundred years, where there is Poland’s most significant Madonna. Czestochowa black Madonna, endowed with magical powers, is the most precious treasure in this monastery. She was known as the queen of Poland. After finishing the visit here, you will proceed to Krakow.

 Day 06: Krakow
Krakow, built around 700, is one of the most ancient cities in middle Europe, which was the capital city of Poland between 1320~1609. It is also one of the most beautiful cities of Poland. Your itinerary today includes the Market Square, Jagiellonian University, Wawel Hill as well as St. Mary’s Church. In addition, you will also get the chance to look around Wieliczka Salt Mine, which has been exploited from 13th century. Until now, it is still in the continuous mining, becoming one of the oldest and continuously exploited salt mine in Europe.

 Day 07: Krakow - Auschwitz - Warsaw
The morning tour will take you to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp, a labor camp and one of the extermination camps known as the “Death Factory”. They were all built by Nazi Germany during the Second World War. Nowadays, there are many material evidences and images on display in this concentration camp to show the various crimes committed by Nazi here. At last, you will go back to Warsaw.


 Day 08: Departure from Poland
You will transfer to the airport after breakfast and then return home by plane. Here is the end of this trip to Poland.
