Day 01: Arrival in Auckland - Christchurch
Upon arrival in Auckland, the famous city in New Zealand, you will transfer to the biggest city of South Island - Christchurch. The city still cherishes the traditional and elegant culture of the South Island, where antique Gothic churches were built, as well as 19th-century gray stone buildings with a deep strong classic British style, like a colorful garden castle.
Day 02: Christchurch - Tekapo - Queenstown
Today, you will go to the beautiful resort city of New Zealand - Queenstown, along the way you can enjoy the view of Mount Cook National Park in the Southern Alps, and pass through the beautiful Tekapo known as a paradise town. You can also appreciate the beautiful lakeside scenery and intoxicated by the nature. After arrival in Queenstown, you will check in the hotel to rest.
Day 03: Queenstown
You can choose to go to New Zealand's largest, world’s fifth Fiord land National Park at your own expense, or participate in other outdoor activities in Queenstown.
Day 04: Queenstown - Auckland
The whole day will spend in city center area. You may stroll along the Lake Wakatipu and practice photography etc. Queenstown has very beautiful and charming scenery of lakes and mountains. After that you will fly to the “the City of Sails” of New Zealand - Auckland.
Day 05: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua
Travel to Waitomo to visit the Waitomo Caves where the view is so spectacular that dotted fireflies seem like starry sky. After lunch, you will transfer to New Zealand’s geothermal center – Rotorua which is the southern hemisphere's most famous mud volcanoes and hot springs, as well as the living center of local Maori. Then you will proceed to visit the famous tourist attraction Te Puia (means fountain), which is known for the region’s several geothermal fountains.
Day 06: Rotorua - Auckland
In the morning you will board the Queen Cruise to enjoy a trip on Lake Rotorua. You will have buffet breakfast on board and view the lake scenery. Then you will drive to the Gordon ranch. The museum has the world's 19 kinds of well-trained sheep. Here you will watch the wonderful sheep shearing show and well-behaved shepherd show. Then the next destinations are the government gardens and Redwood Forest Park. After that, you will travel back to Auckland and take a city tour. Along the road you can see many scenic spots including the Bay Bridge, Queen Street, United States Sailing Cup Village, Gulf War and Mount Eden. On the Mount Eden you will see the traces left by extinct volcano and have a panoramic view of the city Auckland.
Day 07: Departure from Auckland
In the morning, you will head to the airport and take an international flight leaving from New Zealand.
