5 Days’ Tour of Nepal: Kathmandu – Chitwan

Departure: Daily

 Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
After arriving at Kathmandu Airport, you will go to the hotel and check in. The rest of day is free at your leisure time. Be prepared for a wonderful Nepal Tour!

 Day 02: Kathmandu
In the morning, you will have a tour of Kathmandu, which will help you get an overall view of the city. Then pay a visit to Swayambhunath, one of the most ancient Buddhist site in Asia. It is said that Shakyamuni Buddha were once there and recruited 1,500 disciplines there. In the afternoon, the tour will be extended to Patan, where you will visit Krishna Mandir, a temple renowned as the ‘Wonder of Nepal Architecture’.

 Day 03: Kathmandu – Chitwan
Today, you will be transferred to Chitwan by bus, which will be a long trip and you may arrive by noon. In the afternoon, visit Tharu village, where you will tour around on foot and observe the culture of the Tharu people by watching Tharu dance and song performances.

 Day 04: Chitwan
Today’s tour will be in the Chitwan National Park, where elephants are the major means of transportation for the trip. In the park, you will travel through jungle riding elephants. You may also be lucky enough to see rare wild animals like white rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, antelopes, deer, crocodiles, etc. In the afternoon, you will return to Kathmandu.

 Day 05: Departure from Nepal
In the morning, you will take a small airplane for an overlooking view of Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain with magnificent views. In the afternoon, you will go to the International Airport for departure, which ends your wonderful Nepal tour.
