Day 01 - Entry Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Relax during the remainder of the afternoon and evening to recover from the jet lag.


Day 02 - Beijing
Your first day of touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you will visit the amazing Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a renowned restaurant, followed by a fascinating Peking Opera performance. (B, L, D)


Day 03 - Beijing
It is a once in a life time experience to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China. To celebrate this historic visit, your lunch is specially arranged at a local popular Sichuan restaurant. Later you will visit the Ming Tomb. Entrance to this sacred burial ground is via the Sacred Way. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. Note: A la carte dinner is served for Luxury series while Standard series will have the dinner on your own.


Day 04 - Beijing/ Xian
This morning you will marvel at the treasures of the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple. After lunch take a flight to Xian, you will be met and transferred to the hotel where you will be feasted with a luxurious buffet dinner. (B, L, D)

Note: Buffet dinner is served for Luxury series while Standard series will have the dinner on your own.

Tashilunpo Monastery, Shigatse

Day 05 - Xian
Today's highlight is a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a local famous restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. Tonight you will enjoy the wonderful Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. (B, L, D)

 

 

This morning's tour features the Provincial History Museum. The a la carte lunch is served at a local famous restaurant. Visit the Great Mosque and a local family. (B, L)

 

 

Day 07 - Xian/ Lhasa/ Tsetang
Complete the Xian tour after visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi if time allows. Take a flight to Lhasa and connect with transfer to Tsetang. Check in at the hotel where your dinner is served. (B, D)

 

 

Take car to the bank of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and be transferred to visit the Samye Monastery by ferry. Be driven to Lhasa and check in at the hotel. For dinner of this evening, you will enjoy the a la carte dishes at a finest Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B, L, D)

 

 

Lijiang Old Town, Yunnan

Day 09 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of the world famous Potala Palace. After that, you will visit Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingka and the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery. The dinner is served at the hotel. (B, L, D)

 

 

Day 10 - Lhasa
This morning you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. After lunch, you will go to the Tibet Museum. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. The dinner is served at the hotel. (B, L, D)

 

 

Your mysterious Lhasa tour will not be complete without an approach to a Tibetan Family this morning. Take a flight to Shangri-La. Be met and transferred to the hotel. (B, L)

 

 

An excited tour to Bita Lake, the Shudu Lake and Songzanlin Monastery will await you today. (B, L)

 

 

Day 13 - Shangri-La/ Lijiang
Have a whole day sightseeing to the Tiger Leaping Gorge, the First Bend of the Yangtze River and the Stone Drum Town. You will be enchanted by the picturesque scenic at your first sight. (B, L)

 

 

Make further exploration to the city. After visit the Baisha Village and the Baisha Murals, you will go to a Naxi family and have a real contiguity with the local residents. Then go ahead to the Yuhu Village to visit the Rock Joseph's Former Residence. Afternoon is free for you. This evening we will arrange you the Naxi Ancient Music and Dance Performance at the Dongba Palace after dinner is served. (B, L, D)

 

 

Lijiang is an ancient town as well as being a Historical and Cultural Heritage in China. It is the center of the Naxi people, a relatively small minority group with a rich culture. Today you may have a chance to explore the city on your own leisure. (B)

 

 

You will take a flight back to Kunming. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Enjoy a leisure visit to the Stone Forest and the Flowers and Birds Market. (B, L)

Take a flight to Chongqing and be met at the airport. If time is available, you will be taken to the Chongqing Zoo to see the pandas. Before get onboard the deluxe German-made China Regal cruise ship, you will enjoy a buffet dinner at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze Hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 18 - Chongqing/ Fengdu
Depart from Chongqing at 08:00 am to explore the Three Gorges downstream. The Cruise first stop at the Ghost City of Fengdu this afternoon. (B, L, D)

 

 

Day 19 - Badong/Xiling Gorge/ Sandouping
Today, you will see all three gorges: the Qutang Gorge, the Wu Gorge and the Xiling Gorge with their distinctive features. Stop at Badong, a small town, and then journey to the Shennong Stream, where you will ride a 'pea boat' up the small gorges against the rapid.  (B, L, D)


Day 20 - Sandouping
This morning, conclude your Yangtze River adventure after a shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site. (B, L, D)


Day 21- Wuhan/ Shanghai
You will arrive in Wuhan at 12:00. Check-out procedures will be announced and please follow the steps. Your guide will meet you on board and you will be taken to have a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum. After that our guide will see off for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the hotel. (B, L)


Day 22- Shanghai
You must see and experience Shanghai to appreciate its cosmopolitan flavor. Visit the treasures' displays in the Shanghai Museum and the unique architectures of the beautiful Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. Tonight, you will be invited to a Farewell Dinner served at the famous Wang Bao He restaurant in Central Hotel. Following the dinner is an exciting Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B, L, D)

Day 23 - Exit Shanghai
Upon completion of you memorable China tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home today. (B)
