4 Days Tour of Iceland: Blue Lagoon - Golden Circle – Reykjavikík

 Day 01: Arrival in Reykjavik
You will arrive in Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland by flight. Iceland is a country abundant in geothermal resources which provide energy for the city’s industry. Therefore, the common boilers or chimneys can hardly be seen here. Reykjavik, with its blue sky, tidy cityscape and nearly no pollution, is well-known as the “smokefree city”. Upon arrival, you will transfer to check in a hotel and have a rest or go sight-seeing around the hotel for the rest of the time.
 
 Day 02: Reykjavik
You will visit Reykjavik for the whole day including the main scenic spots of the city and even some towns near it. You are going to visit the presidential residence located in Bessastaðir, the Restaurant Perlan, the Höfði House and the Reykjavik Hallgrimskirkja which is the most famous church and one of the highest architectures and landmark of the city.
 
 Day 03: Reykjavik - Golden Circle
The forenoon is for free activity, during which you can arrange your time by yourself. After lunch, you will pay a visit to Iceland’s most beautiful natural scenery, including the famed Pingvellir National Park. As the first national park and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland, Pingvellir National Park has already been written on the List of World Heritage by UNESCO. At the same time, the Gullfoss Waterfall, the Geyser and some other places will definitely make your day there the most unforgettable one during your journey.
 
 Day 04: Blue Lagoon - Departure from Iceland
Today, you will go to visit the Blue Lagoon Hot Springs, which is famous for its geothermal seawater hot springs. Due to its peculiar geographical condition, the springs have good therapeutic effects on human bodies. After enjoying the hot spring bath, you can take a short trip and do some shopping here. At last, you will transfer to the Reykjavik Airport and leave Iceland by air.
