Forbidden City, Beijing

Day 01 - Entry Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer you to the best Holiday Inn hotel in Beijing - Holiday Inn Central Plaza. The rest of the day is free.


 Day 02 - Beijing
After breakfast, a pre-tour briefing is presented at your hotel. Visit the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Tonight, we will spend CNY122.00 net per person to arrange you a delicious Beijing Duck Dinner at the century-old Quan Ju De restaurant. Following the dinner is the enlightened Peking Opera Performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B, L, D)


 Day 03 - Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. To avoid having lunch at the shopping site restaurant, we specially arrange your lunch served at a local popular Sichuan food restaurant. For dinner of this evening, we will spend CNY100.00 net per person to arrange you an a la carte meal at a reputed restaurant in the famous Wangfujing area. (B, L, D)

Day 04 -
Beijing/ Xian
Visit the Summer Palace and the Pandas. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the deluxe 5-star Hyatt Regency Hotel in the downtown. We will spend CNY168.00 net per person to arrange you a luxurious buffet dinner at your hotel. (B, L, D)


 Day 05 - Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. We will spend CNY80.00 net per person to arrange you an a la carte lunch at a finest Sichuan restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the mighty City Wall. Tonight, you will be treated to a Dumpling Banquet and a wonderful Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show at the Tang Dynasty Palace. (B, L, D)


 Day 06 - Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum. After your a la carte lunch of CNY80.00 net per person served, visit the Great Mosque and you will have some free time to explore the Muslim Bazaar nearby for some souvenirs for your friends or family. Day 07 - Xian/
Chongqing
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi, on the way to the airport. Take a flight to Chongqing and transfer to the downtown. Before boarding the 5-star German-made China Regal cruise ship, you will enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner valued at CNY83.00 net per person at a 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze Hotel. (B, L, D)


 Day 08 - Chongqing/ Fengdu
Depart from Chongqing at 08:00 am to explore the Three Gorges downstream. Your first shore excursion is to the Ghost City of Fengdu, which is scheduled in the afternoon. Back to the cruise ship, you will be invited to the Captain's Welcome Party. The buffet diner followed by a fascinating music and dance show will be served in the evening. You could join for fun.  Day 09 - Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
Today, you will see all three gorges: the Qutang Gorge, the Wu Gorge and the Xiling Gorge. You will stop at Badong, a small town, and then journey to the Shennong Stream, where you will ride a 'pea boat' up the small gorges against the rapid. At about 17:00, the cruise will get in line to pass the five-level ship lock. (B, L, D)


 

 
Nanjing Pedestrain Road, Shanghai

Day 10 - Sandouping/ Yichang/ Shanghai
Visit the Three Gorges Dam Project. After that, you will disembark the cruise ship and drive to Yichang to visit the Chinese Sturgeon Museum. After that you will take a flight to Shanghai. Our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to check in at the 4 star Sofitel Hyland Hotel. The dinner is on your side. (B, L)


 Day 11 - Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, a local family and the Bund. The farewell dinner of CNY105.00 net per person will be arranged at a very famous restaurant, which serves the best Shanghai Cuisine. Following the dinner is an exciting Portman Acrobatic Show at Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B, L, D)


 


Li River Cruise, Guilin

Day 12 - Shanghai/
Guilin
Morning is free on your own leisure. After lunch take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the local best 5-star Sheraton Hotel. Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. After dinner served at a local well-known restaurant, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B, L, D)


 Day 13 - Guilin/ Yangshuo/ Guilin
Take the Li River cruise down to Yangshuo. To enjoy the beautiful rural scenery in Yangshuo, we specially arrange you a cycling trip to the countryside (electric car is also available) and a visit to the local resident's family. Back to Guilin by car. (B, L, D)


 

 
Hongkong street 

Day 14 -
Guilin/ Hongkong
Visit the Reed Flute Cave and the Seven Star Park. Take a flight to Hongkong and transfer to the 5-star InterContinental Grand Stanford Hongkong. (B, L, D)


 Day 15 - Hongkong
In the morning you will have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District, then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley Market. After lunch you will be transferred to Pier for taking Star Ferry to Kowloon side, walk along the waterfront and promenade back to hotel. Remain afternoon free for your shopping. (B, L)


 Day 16 - Exit Hongkong
Today you will board the flight home by yourselves. Alternatively, our tour specialists are very glad to arrange you the private extension tour upon request. (B)


Tips:
It is approx 25 miles (40 km) from the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong to Hong Kong International Airport. You may book a taxi through your hotel reception to avoid any long waiting at the gate. The rate is about HKD300.00 (USD39.00 net) per trip for 40 minutes drive. Alternatively, you may take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. It is less expensive. Please contact the hotel reception for more information.
