Day 02 - Hongkong
Full day is free for you to arrange your own activities and we only book the hotel with breakfast for you. Since Hong Kong is an international metropolis with modern transportations to be easily accessed and also English is widely used, it is quite convenient for you to find the way to your destinations and there's no need to have a guide and private car according to our experiences. You are suggested to have peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District, visit the Victoria Peak, the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley Market and take a taxi to the Pier to take Star Ferry to Kowloon side, then walk along the waterfront promenade back to Hotel. Day 03 - Hongkong/ Guilin
Morning is free on your own. Then you will take a flight from Hong Kong to Guilin by yourself and we will inform you the detailed flight information beforehand. You are advised to get to the Hong Kong airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure time in order not to be in a hurry. Upon arrival in Guilin, your tour guide will expect you at the exit of Guilin airport holding a banner with your name on it and then transfer you to the comfortable hotel we have arranged for you.  Day 04 - Guilin
In the morning, have your Guilin tour to visit the Reed Flute Cave. Located five kilometers (three miles) away from the city center in the northwestern suburb of Guilin, Reed Flute Cave is a wonderland of all sorts of stalactite, stone pillars and rock formations. Over 70 pieces of wall paintings in the cave earn it the name of 'Atural Art Palace'. Later you will go on to have fun at the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. The Seven Star Hill is composed of seven peaks resembling the patterns of the seven stars in the Big Dipper. From the top of the Seven-Star Hil, you will have a thorough view of the Li River. (B, L)

 Day 05 - Guilin/ Yangshuo

Leave your hotel in the morning and drive to the Zhujiang Dock, from where you will board your ship and start cruising on the picturesque Li River. The 83-kilometer (52 mile) waterway from Guilin to Yangshuo with its various karst peaks could almost be a painting. Green mountains, rural villages, verdant bamboos and water buffalos patrolling the riverside create a stunning landscape. Each bend of the river brings travelers an astonishing view; as such you might find you run out of film. The Li River cruise is a must for every traveler who comes to Guilin. Lunch is served on board. (Here Warrior Tours suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today since the cruise lunch may not meet your expectation.) Disembark your ship upon arrival at Yangshuo at about 14:00. We specially arrange you a bicycle trip to the countryside in Yangshuo and a visit to a local villager's home. If you feel tired, the electric car is offered for your option. (B, L)

 

Day 06 - Yangshuo/ Guilin/ Chongqing
In the morning, head for Chongqing by flight and the local tour guide will meet you with comfortable transfer. After enjoying a rich dinner at a famous restaurant, check in at the cruise ship. As the cruise ship departs from Chongqing, your relaxing Yangtze River cruise begins. (B, L, D)

 

Day 07 - Chongqing/ Fengdu or Snow Jade Cave
The river guide will give a brief introduction of the cruise and the general schedule after breakfast. In the afternoon, you will meet the initial onshore excursion to the Snowy Jade Cave or the "Ghost City". The Captain's Welcome Party will be held tonight.(B, L, D)

Note: You will join in the onshore excursion to the Snowy Jade Cave for Luxury series while Standard series will disembark for a visit to the Fengdu Ghost City.

 

Day 08 - Badong/ Xiling Gorge/ Sandouping
The essential part of Yangtze River cruise is coming today. You will appreciate the unique scenery of the Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge being the shortest but grandest one and Wu Gorge famous for its lofty peaks and mountains on the both sides. An interesting junk adventure along Shennong Stream will expect you here, which lasts about 3-4 hours. Then sail into the longest Xiling Gorge and pass the Five Level Ship Lock in the evening.(B, L, D)

 

Day 09 - Yichang/ Shanghai

Disembark for an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam. Pack your luggage and follow the check-out procedures. Your local tour guide will meet you on board. After having lunch at Yichang city to recruit your energy, have a short visit of the Yichang Museum if time allows. Then take a flight to Shanghai to feel its prosperous atmosphere. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to check in at the well-selected hotel. Have a good rest in your hotel. (B, L)

 

Day 10 - Shanghai
The first stop of Shanghai is to visit the Shanghai Museum which has an immense collection of Chinese ancient art. There are altogether, over 120,000 precious cultural relics stored in this museum, including bronzes, chinaware, calligraphy, paintings, bamboo and wooden lacquer works, and so on. Then go ahead to the famous Yuyuan Garden. Built in a style that Suzhou gardens often take, Yuyuan garden is characterized by an exquisite layout, beautiful scenery and artistic architecture. Each pavilion, hall, stone and stream in the garden can express the quintessence of South China landscape design from Ming and Qing dynasties. After lunch, different schedules are arranged for luxury and standard series. The Farewell Dinner will be arranged at the well-known Wang Bao He restaurant which has a history of over 260 years and is the best place serving Shanghai Cuisine. You will enjoy an amazing Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre after dinner.(B, L,D)
 
Note: We will arrange a short cruise tour along the Huangpu River in the afternoon for Luxury series while for Standard series the guide will accompany you walking along the Bund area and visiting a local family in the afternoon.

 

Day 11 - Shanghai/ Beijing
In the morning, take a flight to Beijing to explore both the splendid history and the highlight tourism spots of the capital city. Your local professional tour guide will expect you with comfortable transfer service to the hotel. Get your first impression of the city when touring around the Summer Palace which is reputed to be the best preserved Museum of Imperial Garden Architecture in China. Like most garden architecture in China, the design of the Summer Palace has borrowed from nature bringing mountains and lakes into a whole with a variety of palace buildings, temple structures and pavilions and pagodas and other garden constructions added to create a splendid paradise.  Day 12 - Beijing

Great Wall, Beijing

Our guide will accompany you to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China - Badaling Section. This section of the Great Wall was made by huge bar stones. Some of the stones have a height of two meters with a weight of hundreds kilograms. Inside the Wall are made of mud and stone block. The top floor of the Great Wall is paved with square bricks which made the floor very orderly and smooth. You will walk along the Wall and enjoy the splendid scenery there. Then a decent lunch will be arranged at a local popular Sichuan cuisine restaurant. The visits will continue to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The Sacred Way starts with a huge stone memorial archway lying at the front of the area. Constructed in 1540, during the Ming Dynasty, this archway is the earliest and biggest stone archway existing in China today. After that you will be transferred back to downtown and driven by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) to see its appearance at a distance. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. (B, L, D)

Day 13 - Beijing
The whole day visits will take you to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven to explore the historical and cultural relics and antiquities. Located at the center of Beijing City is the heart of the country - Tiananmen Square. It is the largest of its kind in the world, covering an area of over 400,000 square meters (nearly 100 acres). You will walk across the square and then go to the Forbidden City. It is a splendid complex of imperial palaces from China's Ming and Qing dynasties in the center of the city, which shows the luxurious life of the Chinese emperors. In the afternoon, you will pay a visit to the Temple of Heaven which is the largest temple architecture in China with a history of over 500 years. In the evening, the Beijing Duck Dinner will be served at a renowned restaurant as a farewell dinner, followed by a fascinating Peking Opera performance. (B, L, D)

 

Day 14 - Exit Beijing
You will be transferred to Beijing airport to board your homebound flight according to your flight schedule. Our service ends here. (B)
