 Day 01 - Entry Xian

Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Xian

After you get off the flight and go through the luggage claim area, you will see TCG tour guide holding a sign with your name on it. You will not miss him/her. Then, you are driven along the way to downtown and check in at the hotel. On the way, you will be scheduled to visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi. Instead of majesty and stateliness, you may be touched by its the calm and quiet, which is totally different from the solemn Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shi Huang. It reflects the serene atmosphere of the society at that time. Believe it or not, you will have the chance to see the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum in the following day.

 Day 02 - Xian
Today's highlight is undoubted a visit to one of the greatest and most incomparable worldwide miracle Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. You can touch the culture or the sprits of the ancient Chinese people closely. Besides, you will be amazed by the expression and posture of the terracotta warriors. You will have an a la carte lunch at a local famous restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the well-preserved ancient City Wall. For our clients in luxury tour, to balance your wonderful trip, we are arranging a special dinner for you in the evening. You will enjoy the wonderful Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace.  Day 03 - Xian

Xian Shuyuan Gate

Full day excursion to the Qianling Museum - the joint mausoleum of emperor Gaozong and Wu Zetian, the most famous empress in the Chinese history. The whole layout the grandiose Qianling mausoleum imitates Chang’an city (former name for Xi’an in the Tang Dynasty). The Qianling underground palace is the most mysterious and attractive place. According to archaeological records, the Qianling Mausoleum is the only one from the Tang dynasty which remains unsoiled. Because it has never been robbed, great attention has been drawn to the sacrificial objects within the Qianling Mausoleum. Estimates made by archaeologists suggest that the bomb occupied 2700-5000 cubic meters, and with such priceless treasures, utensils, and ‘soft relics’, such as silk, calligraphy, classic literature and so on ,many believe that Qianling Mausoleum will be the ninth “wonder of the world” when it is unearthed. After visiting there, you may have interest to see the Famen Temple, which will conduct you to be more familiar with China's great history. (B, L)

 Day 04 - Exit Xian
This morning's tour features the Great Mosque and a local family. You can enter Chinese local people's life to find the interesting daily life. A la carte lunch will be arranged in the home of the family that you visit, to taste the authentic home cooked Chinese dishes. After having a short rest, it is time for you to be transferred to the airport according to your onward flight schedule. Your trip ends here. Hope for your arrival in China again. (B, L)
