Day 02: Beijing
Your first day of touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square which is located at the center of Beijing City and claimed to be the largest square in the world. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. The Forbidden City used to be the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties seated only 1 kilometer north of the Tian'anmen Square. After enjoying an a la carte lunch at a nice restaurant, the amazing Temple of Heaven waits for your visit in the afternoon. The temple was built in 1420A.D. during the Ming Dynasty to offer sacrifice to Heaven. It is much bigger than the Forbidden City with an area of about 2,700,000 square meters. In the evening, a fascinating Chinese Kungfu Show at Red Theater will be arranged for you. (B, L)
Day 03 - Beijing
It is a once in a life time experience to walk upon the Badaling Great Wall of China which remains one of the most appealing attractions all around the world owing to its architectural grandeur and historical significance. To celebrate this historic visit, your lunch will be specially arranged at a local popular Sichuan cuisine restaurant. After that you will be transferred back to the city to marvel at the treasures of the Summer Palace which is an outstanding example of imperial gardens. On the way driving back to the city area, you could see the appearance of the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube, both of which are the permanent buildings of Beijing Olympics.(B, L)

Day 05 - Tsetang
Take car to the bank of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and be transferred to visit the Samye Monastery by ferry. The monastery combined styles of Chinese, Tibetan and India. The layout was designed completely according to ideally universe in Buddhist scriptures. After that, you will spend the afternoon time to visit the Tomb of Tibet Kings and the Yumbu Lakang. (B, L)
Day 06 - Tsetang/ Gyangtse
A new excited day will be unveiled with visit to the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain on the way to Gyangtse. Located about 100 kilometers (62 miles) to the southwest of Lhasa, the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake is one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet apart from the Namtso Lake and the Manasarova Lake. The turquoise blue lake is also call Coral Lake of the Highland due to its shape. Check in at the hotel. (B, L)
Day 07- Gyangtse/ Shigatse
Continue the tour with visit to the Palkhor Monastery. As a typical fifteenth Tibetan monastery, its structural style is very unique. In addition, it collects about 100 robes and costumes worn in Tibetan opera, which were all made of silk, embroidery and tapestry during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) and the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). Then pay a visit to the Gyangtse Old Street. Take car to Shigatse. Check in at the hotel. (B, L)

Day 09 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of Tibet Museum and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. Then experience the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery and visit the Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingk Park. (B, L)
Day 10 - Lhasa
This morning you will visit the world famous Potala Palace. The monastery-like palace was the religious and political center of old Tibet and the winter palace of Dalai Lamas. It is composed of White Palace and Red palace. The former is for secular use while the later is for religious.Then visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital. (B, L)

Day 14 - Xian/ Guilin
Take a morning flight to Guilin, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon you will enjoy a leisure visit to the Elephant Trunk Hill. (B,L)
Day 15 - Guilin/ Yangshuo

Day 16 - Yangshuo/ Guilin/ Hongkong
You will be transferred to Guilin to visit the Seven Star Park and the Reed Flute Cave, a brilliant cave marked on almost all travel itineraries. The cave got its name from the verdant reeds growing outside it, with which people make flutes. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition. Then you will be transfered to the Guilin airport for your flight to Hongkong. Upon arrival, please transfer to the hotel we booked for you on your own. (B)
Day 18 - Exit Hongkong
Please arrange the hotel-airport transfer by yourself according to your home-forward flight schedule. (B)
