Day 01 - Entry Beijing

Travel is not only for relaxing your body, but also for your spirit, especially take a trip to China, one of the four ancient civilized countries is exciting. You will be met by your guide in Beijing Capital Airport after you get your luggage from the Baggage Claim area. Transfer by a private car to the well-selected hotel to have a good rest. You can go out for a walk if your time permits.

Day 02 - Beijing
After the rich breakfast served in the hotel, take a leisure walk in the Tiananmen Square, the biggest square within China in terms of its area. Then you will be lead to the imperial palace - The Forbidden City for an essence visit, a talk with the Chinese history. The entire architectural complex of the Forbidden City is an unparalleled masterpiece in the architectural field. For its resplendence, dignified magnificence, it is honored as one of five big well-known palaces among the world, say, Beijing Imperial Palace, China, the French Versailles Palace, the British Buckingham Palace, the White House and the Russian Kremlin. After enjoying an a la carte lunch at a nice restaurant, transfer to visit the Temple of Heaven, the biggest ancient altar complex so far in China. The lively Chinese Kungfu show will be your ears' feast this evening. (B, L)

Day 03 - Beijing
Today's daily excursion is significant. You will be transferred to visit the most famous section of the Great Wall - The Badaling Great Wall Section. This section was the earliest one open to the public, played a strategic role in defense in history. Seen from a far distance, it is just like a dragon winding on the motherland. This noon, you will be entertained by the Sichuan Food at a local famous restaurant. Followed will be the short visit to the Sacred Way, which will lead you to the Ming Tomb. The Sacred Way is said to be the passage, from which the emperor would walk to their afterlife. Visiting the Ming Tomb is quite mysterious, and it is the first underground palace, which was planned to be excavated so far after the foundation of the People's Republic of China. More than 3000 pieces of cultural relic had been found in the mausoleum, including four national treasures, say, gold crown, phoenix coronet, luminous pearl, etc. After that, you will be driven back to the downtown area. On the way back, drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). You will see its grand appearance at a distance. (B, L)

Day 04 - Beijing/ Xian

Today will conclude your stay in Beijing. Firstly, the visit to the famous Royal Garden - The Summer Palace will be arranged. This royal garden was renovated in 1888 by Empress Dowager Cixi, who was said to have embezzled the funds of the Imperial Navy to build this garden in a luxurious way. After an a la carte at a famous local restaurant, you will have a Hutong tour to experience the original Beijing culture by taking a special rickshaw riding through the various Hutongs and to know about Old Beijing's manners and customs. Then you will be transferred to take the flight to the ancient Xi'an to experience its unique culture. You will be met by our guide and be transferred to the hotel comfortably. (B, L)

Day 05 - Xian
This morning, you will be transferred to visit the world-renowned site- The Qin Terra Cotta Warrior Museum. Got the reputation as the Eight Wonder in the world, this site has attracted numerous of tourists each day, including some foreign celebrities. During your visit, you can visit the three different pits. For instance, you will see the chariots and ranks of six thousands soldiers or so in Pit 1, about fourteen hundred figures of cavalrymen, horses and infantrymen along with ninety wooden chariots in Pit 2, etc. After a la carte lunch served in a well-chosen local restaurant, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to feel its Buddhist Atmosphere and learn something about the famous Buddhist Xuan Zang, who made a great contribution to the development of Chinese's Buddhist. You will also have the chance to climb the pagoda if you have the interest. After that, you will be transferred to see the Provincial History Museum. For the entertainment of this evening, the below indicates the difference. (B, L, D)
Note: Tang Dynasty Dinner Show at the Tang Dynasty Palace is arranged for Luxury series while Standard series will have the Dumpling Banquet and Tang Dynasty Music and Dances Show at Shaanxi Opera Theater instead.

Day 06 - Xian
After visiting the City Wall in the morning, you will have a local family visit and an a la carte lunch will be arranged in the home of the family that you visit, to taste the authentic home cooked Chinese dishes. In the afternoon, continue to visit the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Muslim Bazaar nearby. (B, L)

Day 07 - Xian/ Shanghai
This morning you will be taken to visit Hanyangling Museum and fly to Shanghai. Your guide in Shanghai just welcome your coming by holding the sign of your name. Refresh from your flight journey in the hotel. (B)

Day 08 - Shanghai

This morning, after having breakfast in the hotel, you will be driven to visit the Shanghai Museum, which is located to the south of the People's Square in the downtown area. Seen from a distance, the entire structure is just like an ancient bronze, leaving you with a very special impression. The collections displayed in this museum will impress you deeply. Followed is the visit to the Yuyuan Garden, the celebrated classical garden in China. Not only famous for its skillful and inimitable architectural skill, this garden but also is well known for its beautiful Grand Rockery, Lotus Pool, Ten Thousand-Flower Pavilion, etc. Around noon, you will have an a la carte lunch at a reputable local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a Huangpu River cruise tour, then stroll around the Bund area and visit an old street in Shanghai.(B, L)

Day 09 - Shanghai/ Guilin
This morning is free for you to arrange on your side. You may go shopping along the Nanjing Road, or take a leisure walk to the bund. For the lunch, you can try to taste some local flavor, which will be great. Your guide will meet you at a proper time to transfer you to the airport to fly to the scenic Guilin and be transferred to the hotel with comfortable private car. (B)

Day 10 - Guilin/ Yangshuo/ Guilin
Today's arrangement is the highlight during your stay in Guilin. You will experience to cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Li River, as one of the most popular attractions has been highly recommended in the brochure of Guilin travel. The 83-kilometer (52 mile) waterway from Guilin to Yangshuo with its various karst peaks just like a beautiful painting. Upon your arrival in Yangshuo, you will take a short bicycle trip to the countryside to experience the local life style personally. A short visit to the local villager's home is also very interesting. If you do not want to take the bicycle, we will transfer you there instead of taking bicycles. Return to Guilin and transfer to the hotel for a good rest. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise are very simple and may not meet your expectation, you are suggested to have enough breakfast at the hotel today.) (B, L)

Day 11 - Guilin/ Hongkong

The first sightseeing spot for this morning is the famous Reed Flute Cave, from where you can see all sorts of stalactite, stone pillars and rock formations. Continue to visit the well-known zoological park - the Seven-Star Park, which got its name for the Seven-Star Hill, composed of seven peaks resembling the patterns of the seven stars in the Big Dipper. The last one in Guilin is to the landmark of this city, the Elephant Trunk Hill, which is famous for its appearance resembling a huge elephant drinking at the riverside with its long trunk. You will be transferred to the shopping paradise - Hongkong once finish the sightseeing in Guilin. Upon your arrival, you can take the airport shuttle bus or the taxi to the hotel we have reserved for you in advance on your own. (B, L)

Day 12 - Hongkong
You will arrange the whole day according to your personal schedule. We just arrange the hotel accommodations with breakfast for you. Admittedly, the half-day Hongkong Island Tour is recommended. You can take the peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District and then head for the Victoria Peak, imposingly towering in the west of Hong Kong Island, which is the highest peak in this island and the most enduring tourist attraction in Hong Kong. Continue to visit the well-known Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market by yourself. It will be very interesting if you visit there with your friends or family members. (B)

Day 13 - Exit Hongkong
You may take a taxi or the airport to board your international flight on your own. The short china tour ends. (B)
