 Day 01 - Entry Tsetang
Upon arrival at Lhasa Gongga airport, you are met and transferred to the hotel in Tsetang. For the first day there, you are suggested to do as little as possible to give your bodies' time to adjust to the thin air, so we arrange the dinner for you at the hotel. (D)


Day 02 - Tsetang/ Lhasa
The Yumbu Lakang is the first royal palace built in Tibet history. This morning you will have chance to appreciate it as well as the Trankdruk Monastery, which is famous for its precious pearl. After lunch, you will cross the Yarlong Tsangpo River by a wide open boat to visit the Samye Monastery. Transfer to Lhasa by car and then check in at the hotel upon arrival. For dinner of this evening, you will enjoy the a la carte dishes at a finest Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B, L, D)


Day 03 - Lhasa
The day begins with a tour of the world famous Potala Palace. After that, you will visit Dalai Lamas' Summer Palace, Norbulingka and the exciting sutra-debating in the Sera Monastery. Surely, the day will not be complete without an approach to a Tibetan Family. You may enjoy tea and talk with the local Tibetans in their home. The dinner is served at the hotel. (B, L, D) 


Day 04 - Lhasa
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven west of Lhasa to visit the Drepung Monastery, which currently holds about 10,000 monks in residence. Then you will go to a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, the Jokhang Temple, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets. (B, L)


Day 05 - Exit Lhasa
If time is available in the morning, you will marvel at the treasures of the Tibet Museum. Upon completion of your Tibet tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
