Hey, Debbie
You do not need a visa to Kowloon since it is a part of Hong Kong SAR.

I am a Canadian citizen travelling to the uk and then to Hong Kong. I understand that I do not require a visa to visit Hong Kong but would like to know if I need one to go to Kowloon

I would like to purchase a Cloisonne necklace. Just one oval or round stone with a sixteen inch gold chain. I had a red one which has been stolen or misplaced and I would very much like to have one in blue and in red if not too expensive to purchase two. I enjoyed reading about cloisonne coming from the ming dynasty, that was thrilling to learn. Thank you if you can help me find another cloisonne necklace. Sincerely, Kay
