Day 01 - Entry Cairo
Upon your arrival, check in a local hotel. Explore the city by yourselves. Get prepared for your coming exciting tour.
Day 02 - Cairo/Giza/Cairo
After a short morning sightseeing in and around Africa's largest metropolis, drive to Memphis, capital of ancient Egypt. At Saqqara we view the Step Pyramid of Zoser I, the oldest in the world. Then travel to Giza for a close-up look at the mighty Sphinx and the majestic Great Pyramids. Drive back to Cairo.
Day 03 - Cairo
Visit the Citadel of Salah Al Din and the Mosque of Mohammed Ali in the morning. Then head to the world-famous Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Highlights of your visit include the incredible treasures of the tomb of Tutankhamun.
Day 04 - Cairo/Alexandria
After breakfast, drive through the desert road to the ancient Queen of the Mediterranean, Alexandria, which is also the Egypt's second largest city, and its chief seaport. Visit Pompeii's Pillar, the Roman Amphitheater and the Roman catacombs.
Day 05 - Alexandria/Sleeper train/Aswan
Full day is free for you to enjoy the city. In the evening board the soft sleeper train and travel south along the Nile to Aswan.
Day 06 - Aswan
Your train arrives at the Aswan railway station in the early morning. Then check in a local hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a ride on a traditional Egyptian felucca, and sail down the Nile to visit the peaceful Botanical Gardens.
Day 07 - Aswan
Embark on a short motorboat ride to visit the Temple of Isis at Philae. Then drive to the Aswan High Dam, which is a masterpiece of modern engineering. In the evening, attend the breathtaking Sound and Light Show at the beautiful Temple of Isis at Philae.
Day 08 - Aswan/Luxor
Drive to Luxor. Visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Attend the splendid Sound and Light Show at the Temple of Karnak, an entertaining walk through thousands of years of Egyptian history.
Day 09 - Luxor/Cairo
Drive along the west bank of the Nile. On the way, visit the Valley of the Kings, where generations of pharaohs were buried. Visit Deir el Bahari to see the monumental stone temple dedicated to the only female pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut. Later, drive to the Luxor train station and board the first-class sleeper train and return to Cairo.
Day 10 - Cairo
The train arrives in the early morning. Check in the local hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city by yourselves.
Day 11 - Exit Cairo
