It has an area of about 44,000,000 square kilometers (10,872,637,600 acres), being the largest continent in the World. It is the location of the ancient civilized countries, China, India and Babylon, and also the birthplace of the great religions, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity. More than 60% of the World's population can be found in Asia.

It boasts many of the world's firsts such as the highest peak - Everest, the lowest point on Earth - the Dead Sea and the world's roof - the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
